Our website is designed to keep you, our valued patient, informed and up-to-date on the treatments that we offer at Doctors Rx Us.  Everything has been done to make sure you are fully informed of all of our new treatments being developed which we will be able to make available to you.  We continue to serve you as Tampa Bay's decade old medical clinic focused on pain management and urgent care to help our valued patients.  However, in addition to our standard treatment procedures we have now included Anti-Aging and Wellness treatments as well as chemical dependency treatments.

Monday thru Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturdays - 8:00 a.m to 12:00 a.m  Please sign in to be seen on Saturday in light of the fact that we cannot take new patients without verifying medical records first.  Thank you for your understanding, Management!

Also, for our valued customers, we would respectfully request that their be NO loitering at ANY time while waiting for your appointment at the front of the office. If the waiting room is full please remain in your vehicles in order to make sure the sign in process remains as orderly as possible. Thank you, Management!

Our first major treatment protocol is the introduction of our expanded use of the Suboxone treatment for those who wish to stop their opiate dependence.  As such, our two Suboxone-certified physicians, Dr.Gudapati and Dr. Crumbley, will be taking appointments in order to make sure we can fit you into our schedule.  Please feel free to contact us to make an appointment to speak with onr of our Suboxone-certified physicians at:          (813) 935-7989

The next major treatment implemented at Doctors Rx Us is the KicNic proprietary nicotine dependence treatment which has shown to have a 90% effective rate among those who actively wish to stop smoking cigarettes!  If you do not want to try KicNic, we also have the Chantix nicotine dependence treatment that we have also made available to our patients.  Finally, we also have the Vivitrol alcohol dependency injection which has has been proven to reduce the cravings associated with alcohol dependence!

Whether it is KicNic, Vivitrol, or any other of our new treatments for chemical dependency, it is our hope that we can help all of our patients either through medication management or chemical dependency management.

Finally, at Doctors Rx Us we hope to be able to help all of our patients with any need that they may have.  For instance, we have created the Anti-aging and Wellness section at the clinic where we use BOTOX, McCue Ultra VPL hair removal in conjunction with new dermatology-based lotions and treatments in order to help our patients not only feel healthy on the inside but also feel self-confident on the outside through our hair removal, microdermabrasion, and BOTOX for anti-aging purposes. Ultimately, Doctors Rx Us is now fully capable of fulfilling the needs of our patients both internally and externally, in hopes of making our patients feel healthy inside and out.  Please look through our new website in order to use the information provided to make solid decisions on your health!
