Our Team at Doctors Rx US

Our team is comprised of knowledgeable physicians as well as a licensed massage therapist and an office staff capable of working with all patients who wish to use their Personal Injury Protection, or PIP, auto insurance in order to pay for their post-accident care.  With our office staff filing the paperwork for any auto accident, whether you are at fault or not, this collaboration of all our different employees allows us to offer our patients a multitude of services, thus allowing you, our valued patients to remain focused on your rehabilitation.

Our Medical Director at Doctors Rx US is Dr. Rao Gudapati, who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, is an Internist, Cardiologist, and is an ACLS-certified doctor.  He received his Medical degree from Andhra University and has served as an Intern, Resident, and Chief Resident at hospitals in both India and Northern Ireland, while also serving as a Resident at both Mt. Sinai Hospital at Elmhurst, NY and the V.A. Hospital in Wilkes Barre, PA.  In summation, Dr. Gudapati brings to the position of Medical Director at Doctors Rx US over 39 years of experience in the medical profession both in the United States and abroad. 

As a staff physician at Doctors Rx US, Dr. William R. Crumbley, is licensed by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has spent the majority of his medical career specializing in Emergency Medicine.  After receiving his Medical Degree from East Tennessee State University, Dr. Crumbley completed his residency in Emergency Medicine and his Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine before working with All Children's Hospital, Tampa General Hospital, and the Largo Medical Center specializing in Emergency Medicine.  In summation, Dr. William R. Crumbley brings to Doctors Rx US over 19 years of experience in the medical field with over 9 of those years specializing in Emergency Medicine, thus bringing valued urgent care ER experience to Doctors Rx US.

Finally, our last staff physician at Doctors Rx US, Dr. Richard M. Smith, is a Fellow of the Association of Emergency Physicians and has been Board certified (1986) and recertified (1995) by the American Board of Family Practice allowing him to remain Board Eligible.  After receiving his Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 1983, Dr. Smith has worked as a staff physician at Clearfield Hospital in Pennsylvania and St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.  Also, before joining Doctors Rx Us, Dr. Smith was Vice President, Asst. Medical Director, and a staff physician at Bayside Emergency Physicians, LLC.  In summation, Dr. Richard M. Smith brings to Doctors Rx Us over 20 years of Emergency Room experience which is a key asset to the specialty of Doctors Rx US.
